The big day is almost here for Breanna and Taylor. We are excited!
I must tell you a short story about Breanna. When Breanna was in high school and Studio Walz was photographing her high school senior portraits she said “someday you will photograph mine and Taylor’s wedding”. Amazing! Here we are only a few short days away from that very day.

Gorgeous engagement sitting with the Louisville skyline in the background. Scott has known Nikki all of her life and was honored to be asked to photograph her special day. Let me tell you what Jace said to Nikki when they first met in the seventh grade. He told her then and there he was going to marry her someday. They went their separate ways after high school but destiny prevailed and now they are getting married.
I love these kind of stories. I'm always interested in how couples first meet. Sometimes it's in a bar, blind-date, work and in Scott and my's case at church. I love a good romantic story of how fate brings two special people together. I'm such a sap for these things!
Soon Nikki and Jace will be married and their story will go on.
Scott and I are excited about this upcoming wedding. We have watched Emily grow up before our eyes and become a stunning young woman and Will is soooooo fortunate to be marrying. A beautiful outdoor wedding is planned.
Emily and Will chose the Raven Run Nature Sanctuary for their engagement photographs. We took a trail that meandered out to the Kentucky River and took pictures along the way. This backdrop is perfect for Emily and Will, both are avid nature buffs.

They met Scott at Keeneland Race Course for this occasion. I think it's great you can tell how much they love each other just by looking at their engagment photos.
